How to write a good question:
1.) Tell us what kind of platform you have (X440LE, X440SE, 220, etc).
2.) What kind of payload did you have on the system (lbs or kg)?
3.) What modifications have you done to the platform be specific. Even if you don't think its relevant.
4.) Are you using a Segway provided OCU or one you have developed?
5.) Fault log. This one is important. If you are having trouble and the machine "turned off", "shut down", or "decelerated to 0 m/s" then we must have the fault log if we are going to help. If your OCU doesn't support fault log extraction then you will have to load up ours and pull the data. We simply can't help trouble shoot these type of issues without the fault log.
6.) Describe the issue with as much detail as possible. We are engineers, we won't get bored reading. For example, if you are having problems with propulsion: give us tire pressure, air temperature, turn rate, battery SOC, what you expected, what really happened. Pour on the details remember we didn't get to see what you did. Videos and pictures are even better put it in a zip file and post it as well.
If you are having communication issues capture some traffic showing your request and the RMPs response. The files can be uploaded to the forum by putting them in a zip file.
