How to get a quick response ***READ ME FIRST***

We really appreciate your feedback on our platforms and we try very hard to get to every question within 24 hours.
However, it may take longer, if you haven't received a response within 3 business days please email support rmp@segway.com

How to write a good question:
1.) Tell us what kind of platform you have (400,200, 100, etc).

2.) What kind of payload did you have on the system (lbs or kg)?

3.) What modifications have you done to the platform be specific. Even if you don't think its relevant.

4.) Are you using a Segway provided OCU or one you have developed?

5.) Describe the issue with as much detail as possible. We are engineers, we won't get bored reading. For example, if you are having problems with propulsion: give us tire pressure, air temperature, turn rate, battery SOC, what you expected, what really happened. Pour on the details remember we didn't get to see what you did. Videos and pictures are even better put it in a zip file and post it as well.

If you are having communication issues capture some traffic showing your request an the RMPs response.
