Look at the charge port on the UI box to ensure that the three pins are present. It is possible that one of the pins got pushed in and is no longer seated properly in the connector housing.
It may be possible to seat the contact pin back into the housing from inside the UI box if you are willing to give it a try. The contact pin will likely 'click' into place if you are able to gently push it (and the wire) with small needle-nose pliers from the back side. You may or may not need to remove the connector housing from the panel/box in order to reach the contact pin and wire.
